Junior Academy 6-7pm

Aged 4 through to 13 years old. Junior Academy classes run twice a week focusing on traditional karate, self defence and fitness.

Advanced 8-8:30pm

Advanced class is for our students who are ranked 3rd Kyu (Brown) and above. We look at advancing on techniques from the Senior Academy classes and critiquing students ready for the next grading

Nuts and bolts 6-7pm 

Nuts and Bolts are for senior students who are just beginning on their journey to have a chance to lock in the basics before moving into the faster moving classes. Students training here also train in the open mat session on Fridays.

Senior Academy

Friday

Senior open mat 7-8pm

All senior students attend and train altogether. Classes can vary from traditional Karate, sparring, Self Defence and fitness.

Senior Academy 7-8pm

9th Kyu (yellow) and above. This is a faster paced class and is the continuation class for those coming in from the Nuts and Bolts class.
